The team considers quite unacceptable the risk associated with motor traffic in Grubbegata, and establishes, through other proposed measures, that the street is to be closed to unauthorised traffic.
The Norwegian police enjoy a high level of trust in the population, and that has remained unchanged after 22 July until now. But that trust is not ours unconditionally; it must be earned every single day.

Several thousand people were involved in the vital work of saving lives and tending to injuries on 22 July and in the days afterwards. Health personnel, fire emergency services, police, voluntary organisations, the Norwegian Civil Defence and a host of volunteers mobilised and showed great professionalism, compassion and courage that day.
